Users To Expect Settlement Payment Under $23 Million Google Settlement Over Data Privacy Breach Allegations
As part of the Google settlement, eligible users will expect $23 million in settlement payment following the data privacy breach lawsuit filed against the website.
According to some reports from CBS News, the Google settlement will aim to settle the reports about several Google users who experienced having their search terms shared with other websites without their permission by providing them with settlement payment.
However, the website denied the data privacy breach and claimed that the Google settlement was not a way of admitting that they were at fault for the allegations but only to settle the lawsuit.
