Ms. Marvel is an American television miniseries based on the Marvel Comics character Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel, created by Bisha K. Ali for the streaming service Disney+. It’s the seventh television series in Marvel Studios’ Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), and it shares continuity with the franchise’s films. Adil & Bilall (Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah) lead the Directing Team, with Ali serving as Head Writer
Matt Lintz, Yasmeen Fletcher, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Saagar Shaikh, Laurel Marsden, and Azhar Usman also star as Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel, with Iman Vellani as Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel. In August of 2019, Ali’s participation in the series was announced. El Arbi and Fallah, Meera Menon, and Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy were hired as series directors in September 2020, and Vellani was cast in September 2020. Filming began in early November 2020 and continued in Atlanta, Georgia, and New Jersey until May 2021, when it was completed in Thailand.
Ms. Marvel will premiere on June 8, 2022, and will consist of six episodes, with the final episode airing on July 13, 2022. It’s from Mcu’s fourth phase. The Series will serve as a prelude to the Marvel (2023) film, in which Vellani will reprise her role as Khan alongside other series cast members.

Sana Amanat, the producer of Ms. Marvel, spoke to Screen Rant about the possibilities of a second season for the Iman Vellani-led show.
When asked about Vellani’s future and whether or not there will be more seasons of Ms. Marvel, Amanat expressed her hope that “there will be,” but also clarified that the program is “designed as a limited series:”
Amanat was asked about the same issue in a separate interview with Deadline, but she said she doesn’t know if there would be a Season 2. Despite this, the MCU producer acknowledged that Ms. Marvel is meant to set the stage for Kamala’s entrance in The Marvels, but she admitted that she has no idea what will happen in the Captain Marvel sequel.
