Music producer Benny Blanco recently surprised his fiancée, Selena Gomez, with a personal revelation about his shower habits. During a behind-the-scenes Q&A for Interview Magazine’s March issue, Blanco admitted that he doesn’t always shower daily but, when he does, it turns into a deep, emotional experience.
“I might not get to shower every day, but when I do… I’m in there for so long contemplating life,” Blanco shared. He went on to reveal that he often sits down in the shower, reflecting on life and sometimes even crying. He also mentioned experiencing what he called “death realizations” during these moments.
Gomez, clearly taken aback, responded with laughter and surprise. Despite the unexpected confession, the couple appeared as close as ever. Gomez has openly expressed admiration for Blanco’s patience and the unconditional love he shows her.
The pair, who confirmed their relationship in 2023 and announced their engagement in December 2024, have been making headlines both personally and professionally. They are also set to release a new album, I Said I Love You First, on March 21, adding another exciting chapter to their love story.
