As the son of Omni-Man, the world’s most powerful superhero, Mark Grayson (Steven Yeun) attends an ordinary high school in 2021, Amazon’s animated superhero series Invincible follows him around (J.K. Simmons). To keep up with his new cape-crusading exploits, Mark must learn to balance his normal life with his newfound superpowers, which leads him on an epic journey of self-discovery and total devastation.
Despite a strong first season, Invincible supporters have been eagerly awaiting information about the show’s future. Many plot threads were left open in Season 1, including the fact that Mark’s father is not from a kind-hearted extraterrestrial civilization, and that the Omni-Man-Mark fight nearly wiped out the planet. There are still a lot of narrative territories to cover. It’s hard to imagine what that will look like, though. Everything we know about Invincible Season 2 is here.
When will the second season of Invincible be out?
Unfortunately, we don’t know. Season two of Invincible has yet to be officially announced, but the show’s fans may rest easy knowing that more episodes are on their way.
RadioTimes.com anticipates that Invincible season 2 will be released on the expected date of 8 September 2022.

Amazon Prime Video announced the renewal of Invincible for a second and third season on the day of the season one conclusion in April 2021.
The plot of the Second Season of Invincible
Everything that transpired in that horrific ending has changed Mark’s world forever. His father, Omni-Man, has destroyed their family (along with half of Chicago). Meanwhile, Nolan returns with the entire Viltrumite race’s troops, intent on conquering Earth as part of their extraterrestrial rule, while he’s away from the planet.
After some hesitance, Cecil asks Mark to step up and be Earth’s champion in the show’s finale, and Mark reluctantly accepts. Due to approaching dangers, he plans on finishing high school, but it could be difficult.
Beyond the Viltrumite invasion, additional enemies of Invincible are expected to make a comeback. In the last moments of season one, Titan gains new allies, pink aliens take over Mars, and that white tiger guy is still there. As Cecil puts his life on the line, he enlists the services of that mad scientist to build even more cyborgs, presumably to stop Nolan from returning when he does so.
The future of Mark and Amber’s relationship looks promising, but it’s hard to say how long this will last. Because things didn’t go so well between William and Rick in Season 1, we’d like to see them reconciled soon.

Pay attention to the season one finale montage for more story clues.
“With the montage, I really wanted to remind the viewer of the numerous threads we have and indicate to them that everything and everything that transpired in season one counts.” “Even the smallest details will have a big impact in the future. A lot more of those pops would have been nice, but I couldn’t keep up.
As a result, it gives the sense that Nolan is no longer an option, and Mark is left to face the challenges alone. We’ll have to witness a new Invincible in the future, one who has to figure things out on his own.
In season two and onwards, it sets the tone for a fresh plot, which is precisely what you want from a program like this. ” In addition to exploring the main character, each season should have its own distinct feel and look. ”
Just make sure you don’t rely too heavily on the comics for guidance. Kirkman intends to delight those same fans in the process.
When I read this comic, I’m constantly reminded of how regularly unexpected events occur. I want to do my best to preserve as much of the original material as possible for the benefit of those who have already read the comic and are now watching the show. The sense of “Oh, I didn’t expect this already” or “Oh, I expected this character to be like this or do this, but it isn’t” is conveyed by adjusting and rearranging items in the comics. It gives the show a little of the comic book’s vigor.”
One area where the show could diverge drastically from books is Season 2, where the major villain has been teased by Kirkman (via Screenrant).
The return of Angstrom Levy in season two has been teased, so fans should expect that. I think you can get a sense of how we’re going to adapt those elements and how they’ll form season two just by watching season one,” he said.
This means that you can perform your own tests in an attempt to deduce how Season 2 will play out… “You’re going to be wrong!”
Exploration into Levy’s ancestry is one possibility that Kirkman may consider. Despite the fact that Levy is a minor antagonist in the comics, few people have heard of him. There is no explanation for how Invincible’s most powerful adversary obtained his abilities, unlike Spider-Man where the creation of characters’ capabilities is a fundamental part of their development (which include dimensional travel, super strength, enhanced durability, and a genius-level intellect).
