The heinous crimes committed by the Milwaukee Cannibal are once again front and center according to the new Netflix series Dahmer. Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer, better known as Jeffrey Dahmer, was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on May 21, 1960.
He was a serial murderer and sex offender from the United States. Jeffrey Dahmer murdered and dismembered seventeen men and boys between the years 1978 and 1991.
Several sources assert that he committed the majority of his killings while engaging in cannibalism, necrophilia, and the long-term storage of body parts. Jeffrey Dahmer was known by a number of nicknames, including the Milwaukee Cannibal and the Milwaukee Monster.

On that fateful day in November of 1994, Christopher Scarver killed Jeffrey Dahmer, 34, by smashing his head in with a gym weight. They both ended up behind bars in Wisconsin, at Columbia Correctional Institution.
In an interview with the New York Post, he said that Dahmer had made fun of him and other convicts by smearing their ketchup-covered jail meals with limb shapes.
According to him, “I questioned Dahmer if he did those things [killing and eating men] because I was deeply disgusted. The shock on his face was obvious. He was, indeed. A quick search for the exit was initiated by him. His progress was impeded by my blocking him. Sadly, he did not survive. I lowered his head for him.”
Scarver hit him twice across the head, breaking his skull. Dahmer had already died by the time he got to the hospital.
