The Grand Jury of Arizona indicted Lori Vallow Daybell for conspiring to murder Brandon Boudreau in 2019.
Lori Vallow Daybell, an Idaho woman, will also be charged in Arizona for a separate crime
Just days after the jury indicted Lori Vallow Daybell of murdering her own two children, the grand jury of Arizona indicted her on conspiring to kill Brandon Boudreaux. He is the husband of her niece.
According to the police, Lori Vallow Daybell and her late brother conspired that at least one of them would constitute the crime of murder.
Brandon Boudreaux died of natural causes in 2019. He was tried to kill at his home, yet he survived.
Aside from murder and conspiracy, Lori Vallow Daybell is also guilty in a theft case against her
The State of Idaho is aware of the intent of Arizona to prosecute Lori Vallow Daybell in their state for a charge of conspiring to kill Brandon Boudreaux. This is not the first of Lori Vallow Daybell, an Idaho woman, to commit a crime in Arizona.
In addition to Lori Vallow Daybell’s charges of murder and conspiracy, she was also charged with theft and found guilty.
