Rob McElhenney, the star of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, is no stranger to undergoing radical physical transformations. When it came time to play Mac in Season 7, McElhenney decided it would be amusing to put on 50 pounds for the role because, after all, most TV characters get “better-looking” with age. When it came to Season 13, McElhenney went all in on the idea, working hard to build a rock-hard six-pack.
