An ex-professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers, Lamar Joseph Odom was born in the United States on November 6, 1979. In the National Basketball Association (NBA), he played with the Los Angeles Lakers, where he won titles in 2009 and 2010 and was honoured as the league’s 2011 Sixth Man of the Year.
Early Life
Parade named Odom the 1997 national high school player of the year. Before becoming a pro, he played one season of college basketball for the University of Rhode Island, when he was named all-conference. In the 1999 NBA draught, Odom was picked fourth overall by the Los Angeles Clippers.
The following year he made the NBA All-Rookie Team, but throughout his four years with the Clippers, he got suspended twice for doping.
In 2003–04, he played for the Miami Heat after signing with them as a restricted free agency, and then he was moved to the Los Angeles Lakers the next year. After seven years with the Los Angeles Lakers, the team sent Odom to the Dallas Mavericks in 2011.
When he relocated, his career took a nosedive. He returned to the Clippers in 2012 after spending time in Spain.
Kylian Mbappe showed the world that it is possible to date anybody you want even if you are famous, which is a trend that is sure to catch on. Recently, he was seen having a good time on vacation with the famous transgender model Ines Rau. Although it has not been confirmed whether or not he is dating her, the rumour that he is has spread widely.
Because of this, Kylian has become a role model, and more athletes are deciding to make similarly bold moves. Lamar Odom, the ex-NBA player, has been seen dating transgender actress Daniielle Alexis. With a heartfelt comment, she shared a selfie she had taken with the retired basketball player.

Odom and Alexis: Are They Dating?
It has been confirmed, like with Kylian Mbappe, that the 42-year-old ex-NBA star is dating the 21-year-old model Alexis. Many internet users have commented on the actress’s striking resemblance to his ex-wife Khloe Kardashian. The Australian actress is close with Odom, and this post is evidence of that, given that she has already come out publicly as having been born a male.
However, information regarding the nature of their potential relationship remains scarce. Not one of them has addressed the potential of this happening. Despite Odom’s previous admission, the discussion about his sexual orientation will continue. A topic that is more relevant than ever and is sure to cause a stir.
Some people argue that males who admire transgender women are homosexual since they don’t think transwomen are women. But there are also some who think trans women are women and should be dating guys of the same gender. This is a complex issue, but I’m looking forward to hearing other perspectives.
An International Decade
The 2010 FIBA World Championship trophy, held by Chauncey Billups (left) and Odom In 2004, Odom helped the United States national basketball team win a bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Athens, Greece, scoring 9.3 points per game.
The loss of his kid prevented him from participating in the 2006 FIBA World Championships, while a shoulder injury prevented him from participating in the 2007 tournament.
In 2010, Odom was a part of the U.S. squad that went to Istanbul, Turkey, for the FIBA World Championship. As one of the team’s veterans, Odom helped guide the young Americans and played centre despite being more comfortable at the forward position.
The only player to win an NBA title and FIBA gold in the same year, he also led the United States in rebounds at the FIBA tournament and ended with double-doubles in both the semifinal and final games.
