Modeling Career Start-Ups
Hall and her twin sister were seen by fashion agent Claude Haddad while sunbathing on a beach in Saint-Tropez, on the French Riviera. Following that, Hall relocated to Paris, where she lived with actress Jessica Lange and singer Grace Jones in a shared flat.

Hall co-starred with her real-life sister, Cyndy, in the film as a sultry sister. She made her stage debut in 1988, at Montclair State University in New Jersey, in a revival of the play “Bus Stop.”
Cherie was played by Hall, who was played by Marilyn Monroe in the film adaptation of “Bus Stop.” Two years later, she returned to the West End to reprise the role.
