U.S.-born actor, TV personality, and model Nicholas Joseph Viall (born September 28, 1980) rose to fame as the lead on Season 21 of ABC’s The Bachelor after twice placing second on The Bachelorette.
Mary and Christopher Viall brought their firstborn son into the world in Waukesha, Wisconsin. One of 11 brothers and sisters, he is the second oldest.
In 1999, he graduated from Waukesha North High School, where he participated in and won the 800-meter run at the WIAA State Track & Field Championships. He then went on to the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where he captained the team and broke the school record in the 3,200-meter relay.
On January 19, photos of the 40-year-old Wisconsinite and the 25-year-old singer Natalie Joy strolling through Los Angeles surfaced online. The model and surgical technician have been linked romantically to Nick since 2019, but he has yet to confirm their relationship to the public.

While there are no outward signs of an engagement, Dave Neal made it sound like the couple got engaged during a July 2022 episode of “The SAP” podcast following a trip to Paris.
On the other hand, the “Viall Files” podcast host admitted he didn’t feel any pressure to propose to his girlfriend the following month.
According to an August interview with Us Weekly, he expressed his gratitude for his relationship with Natalie. A Canadian beauty appeared on the September 2017 episode of “The Viall Files” podcast, where she and the former suitor admitted they had “different versions of what went wrong” after their breakup in 2017.
“I think the one thing Vanessa and I really agreed on was how much we cared and how hard we tried,” Nick said at the time. The Bachelorette
In 2014, Viall was one of Andi Dorfman’s suitors on the ABC reality shows The Bachelorette. The first impression rose was given to him the first night. On the final dates, he told Dorfman he loved him, but he was devastated when Dorfman gave the final rose to Josh Murray instead of him.
In 2015, Viall got a second chance on the show when he joined Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe on a date in New York City during the fourth week of the following season. He begged her to let him join the cast, and she obliged. He made it to the final rose ceremony, just like the season before, but his proposal was turned down by Bristowe this time around because she chose Shawn Booth.

Acting Career
Viall has appeared on ABC’s Speechless and TV Land’s Teachers, and he made his acting debut in the 2017 holiday TV movie A Christmas Cruise, which starred Vivica A. Fox. He also showed up in May 2018 episodes of General Hospital for the Nurse’s Ball.
