Los Angeles, CA – The Palisades Fire has destroyed over 5,300 structures and burned 19,978 acres as of Monday. Officials confirmed the fire remains 0% contained, with efforts ongoing to control the flames.

An aerial survey on Sunday estimated 5,316 structures were damaged, including homes, commercial properties, and smaller buildings. CAL FIRE reported the fire ignited Saturday in Pacific Palisades. Infrared technology helped assess damage, but officials stressed the numbers remain preliminary.

Damage Inspection Teams are working to verify the extent of destruction. Structures destroyed include residential properties, sheds, and RVs. Emergency responders continue their fight against the fire, as dry weather conditions complicate containment efforts.
