Graham Backs Trump Amidst Colorado Ballot Ruling, Foresees Legal Victory and Primary Success

The court, all Democratic nominees, voted 4-3, citing a 14th Amendment clause that bars insurrectionists from office.

Graham does not feel the Colorado judgment is lawful, despite Trump’s court successes in other states with similar grounds. He expects the Supreme Court to reverse a “political decision” and put Trump on Colorado’s ballot.

Graham stated this in an ABC News “This Week.” interview with Pierre Thomas. Once legal impediments are cleared, he anticipated Trump’s primary victory.
