Alaska’s Youngest Girl To Be Convicted of Murder For Killing Three People

The then-14-year-old Winona Fletcher became the youngest girl to be convicted of murder in Alaska after being involved in fatally shooting three people in 1985.

The youngest girl to be convicted of murder with her then-19-year-old boyfriend, Cordell Boyd, after murdering 69-year-old Tom Faccio, his wife Ann Faccio, and her older sister Emilia Elliott, receiving a 135-year sentence in prison.

Despite being the youngest girl to ever be convicted of murder in the state, the court did not acknowledge her previous experiences, including child sex abuse, child abuse, and child neglect, which led to her chaotic life living as a sex worker at a young age.
