The Wisconsin Republicans defined child sex dolls as mannequins or robots with features of minor and anatomically correct dolls intended for sexual usage.

The Wisconsin Republicans’ bill will sentence anyone caught possessing child sex dolls to up to three years imprisonment. If caught with three or more child sex dolls during the first offense will be sentenced to up to six years. A third offense of more would be punishable by ten years.
The Wisconsin Republicans’ bill will sentence anyone caught possessing child sex dolls to resemble a specific minor to up to fifteen years. Subsequent offenses will be punishable for up to twenty-five years.
