A man charged with battery after punching Wisconsin Man because of his tattoos while dating his wife at a Wisconsin bar could face another charge after the victim Wisconsin Man this week.
Kevin Sehmer, a 64-year-old man, was charged in the death of Joshua Davies, a 39-year-old Wisconsin Man
The Wisconsin man died last Wednesday after being critical from a punch by Kevin Sehmer that knocked the Wisconsin man to the road where he hit his head at Tabi’s Lake Country Wine Bar last June 17.
It allegedly started after Sehmer commented about the tattoo of the Wisconsin man inside the bar before punching the Wisconsin man outside.
Police officers found the Wisconsin man lying on the sidewalk outside the bar. The Wisconsin man was taken to the nearest hospital with critical injuries.

The suspect of punching a Wisconsin man over tattoos was arrested the next day
The prosecutor filed a felony of aggravated battery last June 19. After the Wisconsin man succumbed to his injuries, the charges against the suspect could be changed.
Sehmer allegedly told investigators that he thought the Wisconsin man would attack him, so he pushed the Wisconsin man to protect himself. But surveillance video of the scene didn’t match the suspect’s argument.
The suspect charges will be elevated after the Wisconsin man died last Wednesday.
