When convicted former President Donald Trump was given the chance to work out a deal with the legal system yet his child was not, Young Thug’s father expressed his displeasure with the unfairness of the legal system.
The rapper’s father, Jeffrey Williams Sr., implied that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is representing both sides on an Instagram post that was posted by DJ Akademiks on Saturday (Aug 26).
A picture of Thug’s father wearing a “FREE YSL” t-shirt appears in the post. While displaying a banner that said, “Trump & Friends got a bond, Young Thug & YSL confront similar accusations yet no bond? Make the law fair! Fani, we also deserve a fair fight.”
Fans who responded with the opinion that the rapper’s judgment was much worse than that of Trump—who has just been accused of taking part in a massive unlawful conspiracy to reverse the outcomes of the 2020 election—divided the group.
