According to a report published in US News, the White woman arrested met the victim, Keren Prescott, during protests in the Connecticut state Capitol, wherein the victim was part of a Black Lives Matter protest while the White woman arrested was one of the citizens who protested about mandatory child vaccinations and other requirements during the pandemic.
In a video released, the victim and other Blacks were shouting their slogans for Black Lives Matter when the White woman arrested interrupted them with remarks saying that Black lives don’t matter, and the White woman arrested later went on spitting the victim on her face before leaving.
