The Baltimore resident admitted to joining the group in 2018 and actively participating in several illegal operations as a member of the BGF enterprise in his plea deal. These actions included perpetrating robberies, taking part in a murder, carrying drugs to distribute them, and becoming a part of a drug distribution conspiracy.
Officials claim that BGF is a well-known gang that started in jails before spreading its criminal activity throughout the United States, such as Maryland, and cities like Baltimore. The gang engages in many illegal operations, including drug trafficking, robberies, extortions, killing, murder-for-hire, and harassment of witnesses.
