The victims of the Washington Heights shooting, a 46-year-old woman and a 17-year-old boy, were targeted while on the sidewalk, as confirmed by authorities. Swift action was taken, with both victims rushed to Advocate Christ Medical Center. The woman from the Washington Heights shooting, sustaining a gunshot wound to her hip, is currently listed in critical condition, underscoring the severity of her injuries.

Meanwhile, the teenage boy, struck in the left arm, is reported to be in stable condition, offering a glimmer of hope amidst the grim situation
