Virginia Man Arrested for Stealing Items from Senators’ Desks While Wearing Captain America Backpack During Capitol Riot

A 28-year-old Virginia man arrested named Ryan Orlando was accused of stealing items from senators’ desks while wearing a Captain America backpack during the US Capitol riot, wherein the Virginia man arrested and other rioters forcefully entered the Senate floor.

According to a report published in Fox News, the Virginia man arrested stormed inside the chamber while wearing a mask for anonymity and a Captain America backpack as the Virginia man arrested walked around the senators’ desks.

In a video released, the Virginia man arrested was seen stealing a pen from Senator Susan Collins’ desk and a drink coaster from Senator Joe Manchin’s desk and the Virginia man arrested was also accused of taking photos of their documents.

Virginia Man Arrested Faces Multiple Charges After Stealing Items from Senators’ Desks Following US Capitol Riot

Following the riot, the Virginia man arrested faced multiple charges after stealing items from senators’ desks despite being initially removed from the Capitol building.

The Virginia man arrested was just one of several rioters who pleaded guilty to federal crimes after joining in the riot, BNN reported.
