USPS Offers A $150,000 Bonus For Information Regarding Postal Carrier Robberies and Assaults

The US Postal Service has offered a $150,000 reward for any information leading to the capture and prosecution of those involved in the abuse and burglary of a postal carrier.

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on November 22, 2 Black men wearing black clothing, face masks, and winter gloves entered the carrier. The incident happened in Kansas City, Missouri, on Madison Avenue in the 4500 block.

A handgun was a weapon carried by one person.

Paul Shade, a postal inspector, claims that the carrier was attacked by a handgun-wielding culprit who took away one of his postal keys.

Shade indicated that the carrier may make its own independent 911 call.
