‘USA Today’ rated a Columbus-based restaurant as one of the top cheapest dining options in the nation

One of the top inexpensive restaurants in the nation, according to USA Today, is a taco joint in Columbus.

Condado Tacos was listed as the fourth-best food chain in the nation after the news source ranked several fast food and restaurant companies in several criteria related to inexpensive eating.

Based on USA Today, the publication ranked all of the nation’s fast food restaurants based on their Google review ratings at the time. Condado received 4.48 out of 5 stars at the moment that the story was published (Aug. 23).

Another chain from Ohio, Skyline Chili, was listed just behind the others on the list. The restaurant in Cincinnati, which received 4.43 out of 5 stars, was ranked seventh.

Seven restaurants in the Columbus region are run by Condado.
