US Military Drones Flew Close To Syria, Russia Claims

Kulit, a deputy head of the Russian Reconciliation Centre for Syria, said that both close US military drone interactions occurred in the morning, one US military drone over Raqqa and the other one over the Mediterranean Sea.

The Russian pilots displayed professionalism by taking the measures promptly to prevent the collision with the US military drones, said Kulit.

According to the White House, the Russian aircraft flew close to a US Military drone over Syria and violated established protocols and international standards.

The US military saw the early reports of a second Russian fighter aircraft this week, flying close to our US Military drones on a defeat ISIS mission, said White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre.
