On Friday, the court sentenced Christina Harnish and William Rice to prison for 40 years after being found guilty of second-degree murder in the death of Megan Tilman in 2017.
In 2017, Christina Harnish and William Rice were roommates with the murder victim and her old mother. The two relied on financial support from the murder victim and her mother. The victim disappeared after she stopped giving Harnish and Rice support.
The family of the murder victim reported her missing. Her ex-husband received text messages from his ex-wife and was quite suspicious.
