The latest criticism of U.S. Army General Mark Milley by former president Donald Trump has been referred to as a “marching order” and has raised fears of violence.

When considering Milley’s rumored plans to resign as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Trump said a few days ago on Truth Social: “This could be a moment for all citizens of the United States to celebrate! This man came out to be a train wreck who had to deal with China to inform them that the President of the United States thought the Fake News story was accurate.

“This is horrible conduct for which the penalty in earlier times could have been DEATH! This dangerous conduct may have led to war between China and the United States.”
