At around 12:36 a.m., law enforcement received an urgent 911 call reporting a 50-year-old man in a vehicular collision transpiring at the junction of Coney Island and Guider Avenues in Brighton Beach
Preliminary findings indicate that a 50-year-old man was operating a 2011 Harley-Davidson motorcycle, heading westbound on Guider Avenue as it intersected with Coney Island Avenue. Regrettably, the 50-year-old man failed to negotiate the roadway effectively, resulting in his forceful ejection from the motorcycle.
The consequences were severe, with the 50-year-old man motorcyclist sustaining critical head trauma. Swiftly, emergency medical services were dispatched, swiftly transporting him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island. Tragically, despite their best efforts, medical personnel pronounced the 50-year-old man deceased.
