The following week, Florida may have the initial round of strong winds and rain

We haven’t experienced any major hurricanes yet this storm season in Florida. The fact that California had its initial tropical storm earlier than any of us on the East Coast is quite remarkable. A storm that is developing to our southwest is being monitored by ABC Action News’ Denis Phillips. On his Facebook page this morning, he posted his conclusions.

According to Denis, the weather system will move to the north and will unquestionably bring heavy rain. But we only really know that. It’s difficult to predict how things will turn out because there isn’t currently a region of low pressure.

Denis thinks that receiving a little rain is good news. He likes the thought of us finally experiencing some rain as the west coast of Florida is still experiencing severe drought.
