Texas law enforcement has identified the alleged shooter in the Dallas Mall incident as Mauricio Garcia

Fox News Digital has confirmed that the accused in the horrific mall murder in Allen, Texas, on Saturday that left 8 individuals dead and numerous others hurt, has been named by law enforcement authorities.

According to documents released by Fox News Digital, the accused is Mauricio Martinez Garcia, 33, of Dallas, Texas.

The age, residence, and car of the accused all match the information offered by law enforcement.

The final confirmed address of the accused, which seems to be the Budget Suites of America, is located about 30 miles south of the incident at Allen Premium Outlets in Dallas, Texas.

The U.S. Army moved him due to mental health issues, Texas Governor Greg Abbott said Dallas’ WFAA.
