Speaking on the COVID-19 vaccine following lung cancer, Kathy Griffin

Because she is still dealing with the aftereffects of her lung cancer diagnosis, Kathy Griffin has talked about receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.

The 62-year-old comedian first revealed in August 2021 that she had been given the diagnosis before going on to say in November of that same year that she’d been cancer-free.

She has faced challenges related to her treatment, including worries that her sound might never get back to its natural pitch after the operation left it greater than usual, even though she has recovered from cancer by itself.

Griffin tweeted about the doctor who had cut off a piece of her lung in August 2022. Griffin wrote of the surgeon, adding that her position “sucks,” “He irreversibly destroyed my vocal cords & my arytenoids! My voice sustains me.”
