Shooting Suspect Arrested After Killing Three and Injuring Five Others at Motorcycle Rally in New Mexico
A 30-year-old shooting suspect named Jacob Castillo was arrested after fatally shooting three people and injuring five others during a motorcycle rally in New Mexico along with two other suspects identified as Christopher Garcia and Matthew Jackson.
Authorities received a report about a shooting incident where the shooting suspect and his companions killed Damian Breaux, Randy Sanchez, and Anthony Silva, who reportedly were members of Bandidos biker gang.
According to the reports of AP News, the shooting suspect was a member of a rival biker gang, Water Dogs, which reportedly had an intense fight with the three victims’ gangs, leading to the tragic shooting incident.
Murder Charges Against Shooting Suspect Will Be Dropped Following Ongoing Investigation
During the ongoing investigation, the murder charges against the shooting suspect will be dismissed after learning that the suspect had been recently released from prison.
Following the decision, several individuals claimed that the shooting suspect should have served for the crimes he did.
However, prosecutors can still refile the murder charges against the shooting suspect if they decide to.
