Police detectives are looking for a former teacher who allegedly had a sexual relationship with a teenage girl. He evaded the warrant of arrest, and allegedly his long-time friend, who happened to be a sheriff’s deputy, helped him.
The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is where Deputy Arturo Dominguez is assigned. The office received a complaint from a police detective of the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office on Sheriff’s Deputy Arturo Dominguez on April 20. The police detectives accused Dominguez used his position to look into a police database.
Dominguez repeatedly searches for Ayala. He defended that he searched for his name because of the traffic stop, but his lies were caught. According to the police detectives, the investigation disclosed that the deputy and teacher are long-life friends. He used the database to monitor if Ayala had a warrant of arrest.

Dominguez later confessed he was searching for an active warrant of arrest for his friend Ayala.
Because Dominguez helped his friend to flee, he was fired and later arrested. He will be facing charges of official misconduct by obstructing an investigation, unauthorized access to computers and devices, disclosure or use of confidential information, and accessory after the fact to Unlawful sexual acts with a minor.
