Finding an inexpensive place to live is now crucial for many Americans around the country due to escalating housing costs and values.

This is supported by a recent analysis by Scholaroo that identifies the most and least inexpensive U.S. cities.

Some regions have greater affordability than others when it comes to buying a home because of a variety of influencing elements that determine the cost of living in a certain area.

To identify the cities that provide the most affordable opportunities for buying and keeping a home out of the 152 locations that were looked at throughout the United States, Scholaroo performed an extensive review of key parameters, including the median house value and the median amount of real estate taxes.
