Although Joe Biden won the vote of the people, former President Donald Trump may still defeat him in 2024, according to a recent poll.
A new poll by Stack Data Strategy, which Politico first revealed, indicated that one year before voters go to the polls, Trump—his most likely Republican opponent—would defeat Biden 292 to 246 in the Electoral College. The Democratic candidate, Joe Biden, is still expected to gain the popular vote by a slim margin, 49% to 48%, according to the market research agency.
With 4 criminal indictments as well as additional legal challenges, Trump continues to win the battle for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024 and is still polling significantly ahead of his competitors.
