Police report three fatalities and five injuries from the overnight mayhem in New York City

In different events overnight throughout the town, 3 individuals passed away and 5 more were injured, according to authorities.

At about 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, an individual was brutally wounded in the Bronx’s 4371 Third Avenue, close to Bathgate Avenue, according to police.

The 29-year-old victim was declared deceased at St. Barnabas Medical Center. Neither one has been arrested.

According to insiders, the suspect was “quite known to the department,” and police claimed to have found a handgun on him.

An individual got shot in his eye near the mosque on East 139th Street and Morris Avenue at about the same time, according to police.

The victim, 29, was found lying on the floor with a bullet wound on his head by police who had responded to a 911 call of an individual being shot. At the location, he was identified as deceased. No one has been charged. There is no connection to the mosque, according to a police spokesman.
