Authorities are actively searching for an individual suspected of engaging in disturbing acts of groping involving tween girls on buses in South Brooklyn

The suspect allegedly subjected two young victims to unwelcome sexual advances last month. The most recent incident occurred on May 30 at approximately 4:30 p.m. on the B46 bus, near Foster Ave. in East New York. Reportedly, the man touched the private parts of a 14-year-old girl during the journey. In a separate incident on May 10, at around 8:23 p.m., the suspect is said to have pressed his crotch against a 13-year-old girl on the B103 bus, near E. 77th St. in Canarsie.

Neither of the victims sustained physical injuries as a result of these assaults, as confirmed by the police

However, authorities are deeply concerned about the well-being and safety of young girls traveling on public transportation in the area. Law enforcement agencies are urging the public to assist in identifying the suspect.

Anyone with information about the incidents or the individual depicted in the surveillance footage is strongly encouraged to come forward and provide details to the authorities. Additionally, commuters are advised to remain vigilant and report any suspicious behavior, ensuring the protection of tween girls and the community as a whole.
