Ohio Man Arrested After Killing 23-Year-Old Man Following Argument About Workers’ Inequality

A 42-year-old Ohio man arrested named Oscar Hernandez Diaz was accused of killing Abraham Olvero, 23, together with his brother, Isaac Hernandez Diaz, wherein the Ohio man arrested and the victim had an argument before the tragic incident that cost Olvero’s life.

According to a report published in WTAP, authorities received a report about the Ohio man arrested and his brother murdering the victim inside their apartment when the victim tried to apologize after the previous argument he had with the Ohio man arrested, which did not turn out as he expected.

During the investigation, witnesses claimed they saw the Ohio man arrested and his brother outside the apartment complex with weapons, which led to authorities considering the Ohio man arrested and his brother as the primary suspects in the tragic murder.

Despite the family’s demand for a higher sentence, the Ohio man arrested received only up to a four-year sentence in prison for murdering a man after pleading guilty to involuntary manslaughter instead of murder, The Marietta Times reported.

Following the sentence, the family of the victim was disappointed by the verdict as they wished for a higher sentence for the Ohio man arrested to get the justice they deserve after losing a loved one.
