The hundreds of individuals who assembled outside Houston City Hall on Saturday to show support for Gaza have felt the effects of the Israel-Hamas conflict.
For the 2nd Saturday in a row, most of the pro-Palestinian activists assembled outside city hall were advocating for peace.
“To convey our dissatisfaction and our displeasure with the maintained ethnic purge of the Palestinian individuals and the apathy of the U.S. government, if there is no vocal supporter active for the continuation of Israel’s genocide towards the Palestinian people,” Fouad Salah, a member of the Palestinian Youth Movement stated.
