The New York gunman allegedly killed an 87-year-old New York man and seriously wounded three others in random shootings in pedestrians and cars across New York City boroughs, said police.
The New York gunman was taken into police custody, and his identity was not revealed. The police recovered a 9mm handgun with a magazine in a scooter used by a New York gunman.
The NYPD released an image of the New York gunman from a video and sent it to the phones of police officers in the area. Police spotted the New York gunman about two hours after the first shooting.

The New York gunman on a scooter fired randomly and shot a 44-year-old man was shot in the face. He was brought to the nearest hospital and in critical condition. About one minute later, the New York gunman shot a 63-year-old man in the torso. The man was brought to the nearest hospital and is expected to live.
