The New York gunman allegedly killed an 87-year-old New York man and seriously wounded three others in random shootings in pedestrians and cars across New York City boroughs, said police.
The New York gunman was taken into police custody, and his identity was not revealed. The police recovered a 9mm handgun with a magazine in a scooter used by a New York gunman.

About one minute later, the New York gunman shot a 63-year-old man in the torso. The man was brought to the nearest hospital and is expected to live.
