New sketch released in search for justice for 16-year-old murder victim Ricardo Chavana

The incident occurred on February 20, 2022, when a gunman opened fire into Chavana’s bedroom, killing him. Chavana’s family members are devastated and heartbroken by his loss. They describe him as their baby and everything to them. Chavana’s mother, Maria Chavana, says her faith has been a source of strength and support for her, and she hopes that justice will be served for her son.

Chavana’s father had previously told the media that he believed his older son was the target of the shooting, possibly due to a recent breakup. However, investigators have since stated that Chavana was an innocent victim and are working hard to prevent the case from going cold.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $9,000 to anyone who provides information leading to an arrest

Chavana’s family continues to keep a candle burning in their home to remember his spirit and ensure that his light continues to shine.

In the wake of this tragedy, the community has come together to support the Chavana family and demand justice for Ricardo. As the investigation continues, law enforcement officials are urging anyone with information about the case to come forward and help bring closure to Chavana’s loved ones.
