Mississippi Jail Escapees Update: Authorities apprehend one escapee in Texas Manhunt Continues For Two Escapees

Escapee Jerry Raynes, one of the four escapees of Mississippi Jail apprehended whine on the run in Texas on Thursday. The manhunt operation continues for the apprehension of two remaining and surviving escapees.

Raymond Detention Center Escapees

Raymond Detention Center Escapees are Dylan Arrington, 22 years old, Casey Grayson, 24 years old, Corey Harrison, 22 years old, and Jerry Raynes, 51 years old, who escaped on Sunday.

A manhunt operation was conducted over the weekend to track down the three surviving escapees on Sunday. Arrington, one of the jail escapees, shot and killed a pastor who tried to help him on Monday. He was tracked down at a house in Leake County on Wednesday, fired on police authorities, and shot the leg of the officer. Arrington died on fire while the home went on flame.

The three escapees are on the run. On Sunday morning, Police authorities released a surveillance photo of Raynes in Spring Valley station, Texas. It is unverified if Raynes traveled to Texas alone.

On Thursday, Jerry Raynes, one of the escapees was arrested in Texas. Jerry Raynes is now in the custody of Spring Valley View. He is now in Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital for evaluation.

Raymond Detention Center had a case previously before four inmates escaped the prison.
