Unbeknownst to Miguel Angel Carlos, he was conversing with an undercover officer from the Internet Crime Against Children Task Force, who was strategically posing as a teenage girl.
The constable’s office emphasized the deceptive tactics of such criminals, highlighting their manipulative nature on social media.
