Police arrested a Mecklenburg County health employee who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman while imitating a medical health professional.
According to Mecklenburg County Police Department, the Mecklenburg County Health employee sexually assaulted a woman at 3 p.m. on July 11 in Teal Point Drive.
Police said the victim told them she got an illegitimate medical examination at home. The Mecklenburg County Health employee made the examination. Police Officers identified the Mecklenburg County health employee suspect as Daniel Pitti-Casazola, 41 years old.
Police said Daniel is not a Mecklenburg County medical professional and didn’t have the right to examine the woman
Police said at the time of the commission of the crime, the Mecklenburg County health worker was a Spanish-language interpreter for the Mecklenburg County Department of Health.
The Mecklenburg County employee is still working for the county.
