Mars Volta Lead Singer is the husband of one of the three women who filed a case against Danny Masterson for sexual assault. The musician is praising the victims for speaking out the truth after the actor Danny Masterson was found guilty this week of two counts of rape after a 2022 mistrial.
On Wednesday, Danny Masterson, an actor, was found guilty of two counts of rape by force or fear, according to the County District Attorney’s Office of Los Angeles.
After over six days of deliberation for his rape case, the juror was stalemated on the allegations brought by the third victim. She is Danny Masterson’s previous girlfriend and present wife of the Mars Vola lead singer, Chrissie Carnell-Bixler.
The actor was imprisoned following the guilty verdict in the rape case.
Carnell-Bixler’s husband, Mars Volta lead singer Cedric Bixler-Zavala praised his wife and the other victim for testifying bravely for prosecution and helping to win the rape case, to have a guilty verdict against Danny Masterson, the former That ‘70s Show actor.
The actor was imprisoned following the guilty verdict in the rape case. The sentencing court hearing is scheduled for Aug. 4, 2023.
