In La Porte Circuit Court in La Porte County, Indiana, Mark Taglianetti of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and Sean Harman of Brooklyn, New York, each face level two felonies for trafficking methamphetamine and level 4 felony counts for possessing methamphetamine. Hallie Loetterle, of Baldwin, New York, is accused of level 5 criminal abuse of a minor and Class C misdemeanor use of paraphernalia.
Indicators of drug use were present in all 3 people, based on court records. A K-9 warned of the potential for narcotics use, prompting an investigation of the car. About 2 pounds of methamphetamine were found within the safe after the police officials force it open because they failed to get the safe’s combination.
Along with multiple used needles, the SUV contained smoking accessories. In the rear seat, extremely near to the drugs, was Loetterle’s 9-year-old daughter, based on court records. To allow a family to make arrangements to care for the kid, the youngster was turned over to the Indiana Department of Child Services.
