Las Vegas Man Threatened Two Teens To Shoot and Kill a Man To Settle Drug Debt

A 28-year-old Las Vegas man named David Rodriguez-Kepple was accused of threatening two 15-year-old teenagers, Robert Farabee and Landon Richards, of shooting and killing a man to settle a marijuana debt.

The authorities received a report of a shooting incident where 46-year-old Carlos Martinez was shot several times in his garage by the two teenagers, who received instructions from the Las Vegas man, and was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The Las Vegas man was arrested after being accused of involvement in the victim’s death after threatening the teenagers, specifically Farabee, who was living with him, to carry out the shooting, True Crime Daily reported.

Las Vegas Man Arrested for His Involvement in Shooting Incident

During the investigation, the Las Vegas man instructed the two teenagers to kill the victim’s stepson after failing to pay the $400 debt for marijuana, but he left the garage before the shooting incident happened, leaving his stepfather, who eventually met his death.

The Las Vegas man faced multiple charges, including conspiracy to commit murder and drug-related charges, together with the two teenagers.
