Kilmeade slightly overreacts in his post titled “Trump Is Found Not Guilty,” criticizing CNN for the verdict’s lack of clarity

Although the case had even been assigned a hearing date, Fox News anchor Brian Kilmeade criticized the press for stressing out about Donald Trump having “found not guilty” on spying allegations presented by special counsel Jack Smith. Following the original publication, the post was recently updated to say “pleaded not guilty.”

Kilmeade released a clip on Facebook on Friday from his Fox News Tonight segment in which he criticized CNN and MSNBC for not covering Trump’s comments following his arrest and indictment.

That video’s strange Facebook headline, which is still available on Kilmeade’s page, reads: “CNN Shows Go NUCLEAR As Trump Is Found Not Guilty And Deny To Broadcast His Speech.”

Kilmeade hits the press for reporting the trial but not Trump’s speech that evening and addresses the point that an accusation is not a conviction in the video.

According to Kilmeade, the press is taking the indictment as confirmation of Trump’s guilt instead of realizing that he is believed to be innocent till and unless proven guilty.
