Julia Ormond asserts that Weinstein sexually assaulted her in December 1995 following a business meeting and subsequently retaliated against her, adversely impacting her career after she confronted him.

The lawsuit marks Julia Ormond’s first public accusation of sexual assault against Weinstein Weinstein, currently incarcerated in New York following convictions for rape and sexual assault, is appealing his verdicts. His attorney, Imran Ansari, vehemently denies the allegations. Requests for comments from CAA, Disney, and Miramax were unanswered at the time of reporting.
