Jordan, Comer will provide Hunter Biden with a fresh subpoena when the deposition discussions reignite

After the president’s son agreed to give the impeachment investigators’ deposition, House Republicans said that they’ll subpoena Hunter Biden once more soon.

Hunter Biden’s attorney, Abbe Lowell, received a letter during the weekend from House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., and House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, indicating that they were going to be happy to subpoena Biden again if it would result in his cooperation with their investigation.

“The committees welcome Mr. Biden’s unexpected intention to provide evidence in a deposition context under subpoena,” the letter read.
