As per a search warrant issued publicly on Friday, officials are looking for a member of the radical Proud Boys group who vanished just days before his trial in a case involving the U.S. Capitol riots for which authorities are looking for over 10 years in jail.

Following his conviction for using pepper spray gel on cops as a crowd was assaulting the Capitol on January 6, 2021, to validate Joe Biden’s election, Christopher Worrell of Naples, Florida, was scheduled to be imprisoned on Friday. The judge had been sought by the prosecution to imprison him for 14 years.

As per court documents, the sentence was revoked and a warrant for his detention was granted on Tuesday. The Washington, D.C., office of the U.S. attorney urged members of the public to submit any details they may have regarding his whereabouts.
