It must have been the happiest moment for newlywed bride Samantha Miller. But after five hours of the wedding ceremony, the newlywed bride died when the alleged drunken driver hit the newlywed golf cart in North Carolina.

Newlywed Happiest Moment turned into Tragedy

Newlywed bride Miller was riding a golf cart-type vehicle with husband Aric and two other passengers when a drunken driver hit the back of the golf cart. The golf cart rolled many times.

The incident on the beach caused three passengers to be injured, and the newlywed bride Miller died at the scene. Folly Beach Public Safety Director said.

The golf cart used by the newlywed couple was crash-tossed more than 100 yards. The newlywed groom has to undergo surgery because of brain injury and broken bones.

Jamie Lee Komoroski, the suspect in the newlywed incident in North Carolina

The newlywed couple’s golf cart-type vehicle was legally on the road that night.

Jamie Lee Komoroski, the suspect in the newlywed incident, was charged with three counts of DUI resulting in physical injury and one count of reckless homicide. Jamie Lee Komoroski’s vehicle was traveling 65mph in a 25mph zone area, and allegedly she was driving under the influence of alcohol.
